* PLEASE NOTE THAT: Working on heights 3m-4m will be charged additional $5/h/ per person. Scaffolds (if required) will be charged to client. Our minimum charge is 4h. After 4th hour you will be charged hourly for every hour. If object/personal belongings inventory list, or a home property glass or wood, safe checklist hasn't been provided by client, and confirmed and witnessed by both, client and cleaner, BNE Cleaning Services will not be responsible for any damages.
